And Shall Deceive Many : antichrist

A man has deceived many. His name is José Luis de Jesús Miranda. He is not the only one, but to those who know God and His Word, he is easy to identify.

Jesus said they would come afterward and do this. It is tragic that this man gets to get away with this. But Satan took the Word of God away from them so that they had no understanding of this thing that is happening now. How did Satan get these words of Jesus away from them?

Matthew 24:5For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

Matthew 24:11And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

Mark 13:6For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

Luke 21:8And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.

Titus 1:10For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision:

2 John 1:7For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

How has Satan taken this word of direct and clear warning away from these people that they have been deceived?

Satan did not come and take this word himself. He has no hands himself to steal with. He had to use something. Look at the parable of the sower again.

Matthew 13
1The same day went Jesus out of the house, and sat by the sea side.
2And great multitudes were gathered together unto him, so that he went into a ship, and sat; and the whole multitude stood on the shore.
3And he spake many things unto them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow;
4And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up:

And Jesus then explains this here

18Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower.
19When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.

Confirming that Satan used a vessel to take that word out of the hearts of the people. In the parable he used the fowls of the air.

I pray God give you the ability to receive His Word and its transforming power.

God is always revealing Himself through His Word.

In this type of the Christ and the believer : part of the bride of Christ. We see the extreme case like Hagar and Ishmael being cast out of Abrahams household.

For David to be with Bathsheba; Uriah had to die.

For the believer to be joined with Christ, the things of this world will have to be crucified.

One day, the Holy Spirit convicted me of my sin and my need for a Saviour. When the Holy Spirit convicts you, He will also introduce you to Jesus. When I came to the place where I knew that I needed help that could only come from God, through His Son Jesus, I walked down to that altar, and confessed that I needed Him to forgive me of all my sins. I could feel the change and the relief from the burden I had carried as I confessed that Jesus is Lord. This is my personal testimony, but it is not unique, many others have experienced this same great Saviour.
